Refunds are only available for subscriptions that have not yet been activated. Once a subscription has been activated, it is non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used to purchase the subscription. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will not be refunded for the remaining days of the month.
We may grant a refund if the subscription is defective or fails to meet our advertised standards. We may also grant a refund if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason. However, we ask that you first try to resolve the issue with our customer support team.
